Nothing Roastery by Rostyslav Letunov
We are a micro-roastery specializing in Nordic-style coffee roasting. This approach focuses on highlighting the natural flavour of the coffee’s terroir, bringing out bright acidity, fruity notes, and delicate sweetness. Instead of masking the beans’ true character with heavy roasting, we let their origin speak for itself.
Our name, Nothing, reflects our philosophy. We believe in a minimalist approach to coffee—stripping away the unnecessary to focus on what truly matters: taste. No distractions, no overcomplication—just high-quality coffee that lets you experience its purest expression. After all, what could be more minimalist than Nothing?
We carefully select beans from farms that prioritize quality, sustainability, and unique flavour profiles. Each batch is roasted with precision to bring out the best characteristics of the coffee, ensuring a clean, complex, and memorable cup. It’s not about trends or gimmicks—it’s about respecting the coffee and giving people the chance to taste it as it was meant to be.
I’m Rostyslav Letunov, the founder and roaster behind Nothing Roastery. For me, coffee is about honesty, clarity, and respect for the bean. My goal is simple: to share coffee in its purest form and let its origin speak for itself.
