• 2 x Burundi Businde Muraho A layered and elegant cup where fresh orchard-fruit brightness gradually gives way to dense, syrupy sweetness, creating a profile that feels both refined and comforting with a long, rounded finish.

• 2 x Rwanda Akagera A playful anaerobic Rwanda with sharp calamansi zest, lush papaya sweetness and mellow apricot tones, unfolding into a layered, tropical cup with a slightly wild character.

• 2 x Ethiopia Hambella Wamena A rich and layered cup with jammy sweetness, candied lemon tones and floral complexity, followed by red-currant brightness and a gently spiced finish.
